Terms of Service

By accessing the OncoPath website, submitting a beta application, contacting us, or participating in the private beta, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use OncoPath.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to the OncoPath public website, beta application forms, contact forms, and any private beta experience made available to selected participants. Additional beta notices or consent language may apply when a participant is invited into future workflows.

2. Educational Purpose

OncoPath provides educational information, organizational support, plain-language explanations, and preparation tools for people navigating oncology-related information. OncoPath is intended to help users understand topics and prepare questions for care conversations, not to make medical decisions.

3. No Medical Advice or Doctor–Patient Relationship

OncoPath does not diagnose diseases, recommend treatment, prescribe medication, determine clinical trial eligibility, provide emergency guidance, or replace licensed healthcare professionals. Use of OncoPath does not create a doctor–patient, clinician–patient, therapist–patient, or other healthcare provider relationship. Always consult qualified healthcare providers for medical decisions.

4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for using OncoPath thoughtfully and lawfully. Do not use OncoPath for emergencies, urgent symptoms, clinical decisions, unlawful activity, harassment, attempts to access systems without permission, reverse engineering, or submitting information you do not have the right to share. Do not submit sensitive medical documents through public website forms.

5. Beta Program Terms

The private beta is limited, invitation-based, and may change at any time. Features may be incomplete, unavailable, paused, or modified based on safety, usability, feedback, and operational needs. Submitting a beta application does not guarantee access. Beta participants may be asked to provide feedback about clarity, usefulness, and trust.

6. Intellectual Property and Feedback

OncoPath, its website content, product concepts, design, branding, and related materials are owned by OncoPath or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer OncoPath materials except as permitted by law or written permission. If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, OncoPath may use them to improve the product without owing compensation.

7. Third-Party Services and Not Currently Applicable Features

OncoPath may use third-party hosting, form handling, email, analytics, security, or backend providers to operate the website and beta workflows. Some future features, such as account dashboards, document uploads, deeper AI workflows, or production healthcare integrations, are not currently applicable unless made available in a separate beta environment with additional notices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

OncoPath is provided on an early-stage, beta, and as-available basis. Educational content may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or not suited to a user’s circumstances. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OncoPath disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OncoPath will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or medical decision-related damages arising from use of the website or beta.

9. Termination, Governing Law, and Contact Information

OncoPath may suspend or end access to the website or beta experience at any time, including for misuse, safety concerns, legal requirements, operational changes, or the end of the beta program. Governing law and venue are placeholders for future legal review and should be finalized before broader commercial launch. Questions about these Terms can be sent through the Contact page or by email at hello@oncopath.health.
